We can provide a cake for most any budget from basic and traditional, to modern and wacky! From weddings to grooms cakes, corporate events to birthdays, Corsino Cakes does it all!
Pastry Chef and Owner Derek Corsino has been a resident of the Hudson Valley all his life. After graduating from the Arlington School District, Derek went on to The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Baking and Pastry Arts Management which he completed in the winter of 2009.
Over the past decade Derek has dabbled in the cake industry, until that moment where a business became necessary! Today, Corsino Cakes works out of a commercial baking facility located in Red Hook, New York. Though we do not have a store front yet, everyday with the help from all of our customers we are moving ever more close!
