Hello Everyone!

      I have been away from blogging for a little bit, but I hope to be back more often now with fun and exciting news!  First off Corsino Cakes has a great announcement to make!  I cannot say much, but I can tell you that I just returned from shooting Food Network Challenge!  If you do not know what that is feel free to check out this link by clicking on the logo below:

     I cannot reveal anything, but I am allowed to tell you all that we shot the episode and I promise a great show!  I will keep everyone posted on the air date that will be sometime late spring!  I hope to return sometime to compete again because it was such great fun!

     Now since I cannot go into any more detail about that I want to let everyone know about some extra holiday items Corsino Cakes will be offering! 

•      Decadent Holiday Chocolate Truffles - We will be offering a variety of liquor and plain truffles such as Dark Chocolate Rum, a Milk Chocolate Irish Cream, White Chocolate Peppermint Schnapps, and many more!  Please call for a complete list.
  
• Holiday Pies and Tarts - We will be offering a variety of fruit pies such as Apple, Blueberry, Cherry as well as Chocolate Pecan, Pumpkin, and Lemon Meringue. 
  
  
• Lastly we will be making a holiday favorite the Bûche de Noël or Yule Log cake!  These are holiday cakes made to look like a log that is ready to put on the fire.  At Corsino Cakes they are decorated with a chocolate bark on the outside, small meringue mushrooms, little royal icing holiday accents and a dusting of snow!  Each cake is customizable for anything you may like including any flavor!
